Golden Visa Process

We will select a reputable lawyer who will ensure the submission of all various requirements on your behalf which may include; registering your investment, preparing your application file, photocopy of all pages of the passport, title deeds, certificate land registry, health insurance, clean criminal record, family documentation, economic resources, not being found illegally at Spanish territory, no debts with the Spanish public administration, proof of having paid the visa fee or the residency administrative tax, and other documentation upon request.

Some documents you submit, like non-criminal certificate and marriage certificate must be authenticated by your country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and attested by the Spanish Embassy in your country. Then, they will need to be translated officially through your lawyer in Spain. 

Upon a successful submission, you will be requested to come back to Spain and register with the local police station where you have bought your assets. They will take your fingerprints and ask you to collect your resident card within a moth in person. If you have family members registered as well, they need to be at the police station in person too. You will avail a two years residency permit which you can extend to five years in the next renewal.
